Heather Crook is our director. She is not a voted-in member as she is essentially the founder. She administers the educational programming that we provide inside several school districts in northern Dauphin County. She also provides Student Assistance Programming (SAP) to the schools in northern Dauphin County to fulfill her contract from Dauphin Co. Drug & Alcohol Services. Additionally, she facilitates family programming throughout the year on various topics with the goal of building and strengthening families. In addition to all of the above, she also runs student clubs at Halifax and Millersburg School Districts. She's been involved with CTC for about 15 years.

Dayna King is our current chairperson. She is a high school biology teacher in Halifax. She leads board meetings, plans meetings, and helps plan all CTC events. She also helps Heather run the high school CTC club. She has been involved in CTC for about ten years.
